What is the shelf life of our granola?

We have a Best Before of 6 months on our granola range, however, we are confident that if sealed correctly, it will be just as yummy beyond this point.

How do I store my granola?

In an air tight package or container. The pouches have an airtight seal, so these are perfect. Or you can transfer it to an airtight container of your choice.

Where can I buy Fodden granola from?

Head to our Where to Buy page, there is a list of current suppliers there. If you have a store you would like us to contact, please send us an email.

How am I supposed to eat granola?

There are so many ways! Our favourite is with a delicious yoghurt and maybe fresh fruit on top, with a milk or your choice or straight out of the bag as an awesome snack. We also have a great recipe to make them into snack balls here.

Why do you use Rice Malt Syrup?

We wanted a granola that was made with a fructose free sweetener so that it wasn't so intensely sweet. Fructose is the addictive part of sugars, so we were trying to reduce our dependence on sweet things. Organic Brown Rice Malt Syrup is also high in the minerals: manganese, iron, potassium and magnesium.

Does the hemp seed contain THC?

No. Hemp seed is an amazing product that has so many nutritional benefits that contains no THC. It's grown on the Limestone Coast and has a nutty, creamy flavour. You get a great nutritional boost with an amazing flavour.

Do you ship overseas?

At this stage we don’t ship overseas, however, keep checking in as we are working on this.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, but please allow a little extra time for delivery as there have been delays. Approximately 7-10 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most orders will be sent through Australia Post or Sendle, however, if a courier works out more cost effective, it may be sent by freight.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

What if my product arrives damaged?

As it is all packaged in pouches, we hope that there won’t be any damage. If there is though, please take a photo of it on arrival and we will assess from there.
