Born from a love for natural ingredients and a commitment to quality, our journey began with a simple belief: that good food should not only taste great but also be good for you. Who Are We?

We are Mel and Luke, and our home is in the foothills of Adelaide in South Australia. We have two beautiful girls and our passion is health, and being able to nurture our family and nourish our bodies through good, whole food. Everything in our range is handmade and packaged by us personally, to ensure the best product has the privilege of being on your breakfast table.
